1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 17bdt (the "Platform") governing your access to and use of the 17bdt website, mobile platform, sportsbook, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Services in any manner — including visiting the site, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 17bdt platform. Continuing to use the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 17bdt reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

2.Eligibility

To be eligible to register for and use the 17bdt platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You are not residing in a jurisdiction where online betting or gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You have not previously been suspended, excluded or banned from the 17bdt platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a 17bdt employee.

17bdt reserves the right to perform identity and age verification checks at any time. Failure to pass verification, or provision of false or misleading information during registration, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.

3.Account Registration

To access 17bdt's paid services — including placing bets, making deposits and claiming bonuses — you must create a verified account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and promptly update your account details if any information changes.

• Each mobile number may be used to register only one 17bdt account. Attempting to register more than one account per mobile number constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. Do not share your mobile number, password or OTP codes with any other person.
• 17bdt will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Account registration is free. 17bdt does not charge any fee to open or maintain an account.

17bdt may require additional identity documentation — such as a national identity card or passport — before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Players will be notified if such documentation is required and will be given a reasonable period to provide it.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

17bdt accepts deposits exclusively via Bangladesh-based mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. No other deposit method is currently supported. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited instantly to your account with no transaction fee charged by 17bdt.

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The account holder's name must match the registered mobile wallet owner's name.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
• 17bdt reserves the right to apply a processing period of up to 30 minutes for standard withdrawals and up to 24 hours for withdrawals that trigger additional verification.
• 17bdt does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any charges applied by the mobile wallet provider are outside 17bdt's control and are the player's responsibility.

17bdt maintains the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. The platform will notify the player and request the necessary documentation to proceed. Funds held pending investigation will not accrue interest.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

17bdt offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms will prevail for that offer only.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The standard wagering requirement for the 17bdt welcome bonus is 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• 17bdt reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed. Once credited to an account, a bonus cannot be removed unless a breach of these Terms has occurred.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the standard wagering completion route.

6.Betting Rules

All bets placed on 17bdt are subject to the following general rules. Category-specific and market-specific rules, where they differ from these general rules, are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, modified or reversed by the player.
• 17bdt reserves the right to void bets placed on markets made available in error, or where odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault or data feed error.
• Sports bet settlement is determined by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the ICC for international cricket and the BCB for BPL fixtures. In any discrepancy between platform data and the official result, the official result prevails.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within each market. 17bdt reserves the right to apply individual account-level limits where unusual betting patterns are detected.

Casino game results — including slot games, live dealer tables, crash games and all other RNG-based products — are determined by certified random number generation systems operated by the respective game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt and Spribe. 17bdt does not control or influence game outcomes.

7.Responsible Gaming

17bdt is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform operates on a strictly 21+ basis. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings.

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly) can be set from within account settings and take effect immediately upon confirmation.
• Session time reminders and cooling-off periods are available to all account holders. Self-exclusion requests, once submitted, are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 17bdt platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be subject to further legal action where applicable.

• Creating or operating more than one 17bdt account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or satisfy wagering requirements.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any conduct that exploits non-public information to obtain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain credits, winnings or any other benefit not legitimately earned through normal gameplay.

17bdt reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether prohibited conduct has occurred. The platform's decision in such matters is final. Players who dispute a finding may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected].

9.Account Suspension and Termination

17bdt reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, or the bonus abuse policy.
• 17bdt is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• The player has not logged into their account for a continuous period of 12 months (inactive account policy). 17bdt will attempt to notify the player before applying an inactivity closure.

Upon account termination for cause (breach of Terms), any remaining balance may be forfeited at 17bdt's discretion. Upon voluntary account closure or inactivity closure, any real-money balance — excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements — will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within a reasonable processing period.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 17bdt's total liability to any player in connection with use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 17bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

17bdt does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond the platform's reasonable control — including internet service disruptions and mobile network outages — may result in temporary unavailability. 17bdt will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

11.Intellectual Property

All content on the 17bdt platform — including website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 17bdt or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of 17bdt.

12.Privacy

The collection, use and storage of your personal data by 17bdt is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account on 17bdt, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy before registering.

13.Amendments to These Terms

17bdt reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated Last Updated date. Where a change is significant, 17bdt will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered mobile number or by displaying a notification on the platform.

Your continued use of the 17bdt platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

14.Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the player resides at the time of the dispute. Any dispute between a player and 17bdt that cannot be resolved through the platform's standard support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 17bdt will endeavour to resolve all formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
